There is no doubt in my mind that music reached its peak with Rock, particularly in the late 60s and early 70s. "Classic Rock" as it is called saw some of the greatest and most talented musicians create incredible musical achievements. The likes of The Doors, Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Beatles, and The Rolling Stones, to name a few, had never been seen before and have never been seen again. These great bands created some of the most amazing musical pieces I have ever heard. What completely blows me away about this era is the uniqueness of each and every band to come out at this time. There was no specific style or sound that classic rock musicians followed. Unlike almost every other genre in the music world, classic rock remains one of the most diverse and unique. I hope and dream that this brief, yet incredible moment in music will return to wow the world once again. Until then, what else is there to do then listen to the classics. Enjoy.
